Gravity Cycles has a returns policy that we hope makes the process for returns clear and easy. Full details can be read below or by clicking through to our policy. Should you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch, we would be glad to assist in any way we can.

Returning goods within the UK – Our Policy

- We offer a 30 day returns policy.
- We will only refund your returns postage for damaged or faulty goods.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused (clothes unworn), they will be assessed to ensure this is the case before a refund is given.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Refunds can take between 7 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

What you need to do

- Please complete a Returns Form and include this with the goods, along with proof of purchase (this may be a copy). Items being returned without a form may delay the process.
- Ensure the goods are returned in a secure way, you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
- Goods being returned need to be in their original packaging with all paperwork & extras including tags. Goods not returned in this manner cannot be accepted.
- Frames must be returned in their original secure box with padding and all accessories.
- Refunds can not be awarded without a valid proof of purchase.
- Sale items can not be refunded. They may be exchanged for store credit or vouchers.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS can not be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or damaged as per our Policy.

Warranty Items

- Items being returned under the manufacturer’s warranty should be suitably clean in order to be handled. A proof of purchase clearly showing the date will need to be provided (a copy is fine)
- Items being returned for warranty are strictly done so under each manufacturer’s guidelines. Miss-use and modification or extreme circumstances may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning faulty or damaged goods from outside the UK

Returns policy on custom builds

Custom built bikes and custom-built items eg. frames & wheels are done so at your choice and preference. These items can not be retuned unless they, or a part in the build eg. a component is faulty or damaged. In the event of a faulty or damaged component these will be replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty should this be applicable. This part of the policy will be raised during the purchase or prior to the build process.
